We use the BIM methodology as the central platform for project management and coordination, ensuring greater efficiency, accuracy, and control throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Early Clash Detection: BIM enables us to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction begins, minimizing errors, delays, rework, and additional costs
- 5D Control (Time and Cost): We integrate the BIM model with project scheduling (4D) and cost estimation/material quantity takeoffs (5D), allowing for accurate cost forecasting and real-time resource planning.
- Asset Documentation: The final project delivery includes the BIM model, facilitating the future management, maintenance, and operation of the asset throughout its lifecycle.
